I try to be positive when posting things on Facebook! Love to post Bible verses that speak to me. And share things from others that I find interesting or comical.

I have chosen a New Year’s Resolution! Knowing how faithful I am to this sort of thing, it may not last but I will start today! The Resolution: to write in my blog at least monthly this year 2022! We shall see how this goes…
Decided to relate our Christmas stay at the Little Lodge:
Brother Terry called and said they needed a break. Taking a family vacation to the Black Hills; all of their children (except Maria) and sisters, brothers, cousins, grandma were headed there. But could Terry please come and stay and monitor the green house and take care of David’s livestock? He offered their home for the week and that was all it took to start the visit to the Little Lodge.
We went on Thursday Dec 16 for instructions. Then stayed with Abby’s kiddos as she was working that evening. T&C left early Friday morning and we moved in. Abby was there for the weekend, also Shanne and Cari. K&A joined us Sunday after church for the rest of the week. (Kevin worked from his “Watertown Office”)
We went over to Emily’s and got a tour of G&G remodeled home and met Annika. She is a sweet heart!
We enjoyed their home, the great outdoors with dogs, kitties, chickens, horses and the greenhouse. Played games, ate, made Plarn for Bonnie Funk’s project to crochet sleeping pads for the homeless, made Lefse, put puzzles together, walked the trails and enjoyed the quiet and relaxation there.
We had a marvelous time! And then we went home to do our Christmas
Saturday morning call from Kevin: I missed the first call, Terry didn’t take his call (at breakfast with the Bible Study guys). 2nd call: “ Mom I have another son!” Awesome! But isn’t he due next month sometime? They had little time to spare, only in the hospital a short time when Ephraim was born (he wasn’t Ephraim right away; they had a day to figure out what to call him.). Miss Linda came and stayed with the others who awoke to Linda talking downstairs....
Terry and I went on Saturday and brought the 3 siblings home. They were upset that you had to be 18 to visit in the NICU at Sanford. They stayed here until Tuesday; Karen H came from Mankato on Sunday and got the house ready....they really weren’t ready for a baby that soon!
When we took them home, I got to go to see my new E-boy! And fed him! Along with Curl Grandma (they thought we were sisters...) She took the pictures; I didn’t even think to take her pic!
